“Hello, pleased to meet you!”

Day 5 – Taiwan, Tuesday Sept 23, 2013
(2013 South East Asia Tour)

We started the day with a meditation next to our hotel beside a beautiful tranquil lake.

There were ducks peacefully swimming around and everything was still and green.

There were many different bird sounds and lots of trees. Taiwan is so green and lush.  Our hosts joined in with the deep meditation. After that they served us a delicious breakfast and juice or coffee and distributed the washing they had graciously washed for us yesterday.

Our Taiwanese  hosts are so thoughtful, loving and hospital, meeting our every need before we even know we need it.

On the bus again and we’re on our way to Taipei about an hour and a half away.

We stopped at a has visited. We saw many beautifully crafted items and some special gifts were purchased.

After another delicious lunch we checked into our hotel, had a short rest and now we are on our way to our venue at an elementary school in Taipai.

We have just arrived at the school. Beautiful beaming faces greet us as some children waved and said “hello, pleased to meet you.” As we set up we are keen to play joyful music for these lovely children.

Tonight we had two concerts. The first was for the primary students. After a couple of songs that got the children clapping and bouncing around with joy, Merenia taught them ‘uppy uppy uppy Mother Kundilini’ and they loved it.

The second was for the general public. The room was full. We began with “Raining on the Rock” which was enjoyed by all. After realisation all hands went up when asked who felt a cool breeze on the top of their head. Their smiling faces were glowing.

The Taiwanese people enthusiastically joined us in dance with Heida. After the last song we received a standing ovation. We then sang Nir.guna Nir.mala Nish.papa Ma and everyone was on their feet dancing and beaming with joy and so were we.
