Realise NZ Tour 2012
Report from Hamilton public program
(Hamilton is 80kms south of Auckland)
Sunday morning was an early start with sunny clear sky, the scenery on the way to Hamilton was lush green and beautiful and so unlike what we are used to.
The first concert of the day was at the University of Waikato which has immaculately landscaped gardens and a lake where fantails, ducks, swans and koi frolicked symbolically.
As we arrived the loving collective of Hamlton had laid out a delicious spread just to stretch out stomachs as bit further.
Merenia began the concert with a karanga acknowledging “the children of the all pervading and welcoming the holy spirit within to rise… Meri Marshal spontaneously responded upstanding in the audience welcoming MOJ, “the children of Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi” which was deeply moving and tear jerking for Merenia.
The crowd was a reasonable size and the vibrations grew with each song until the realisation and Jogawa put everyone into deep silence.
After Josh’s exquisite steel drum piece which enhanced the meditative experience greatly, we sang Adiemus there was no applause after this song because everyone was completely thoughtless.
The stick dancing was enjoyed by everyone and the New Zealand group “Music of Supreme Joy” delivered their latest Smash Hit single “Jai Kaikeya Shri Kartikeya” led by Sobik and HUMBLY supported by MOJ.
We Love you New Zealand!!!!
