Jai Shri Mataji
We would like to share our story on the recent short 2-day Sahaj Program in Bali, Indonesia on Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th November 2011.
The program was a spontaneous collective effort involving yogis from Australia, China, Indonesia, and Singapore, with financial support from the Singaporean and West Australian collectives.
The idea of having a Sahaja television program came from the pure desire of several yogis who were part of the Indonesian Sahaj Tour with the music group ‘Bhakti’ from Perth in April 2011.
The original plan was to have an international seminar with the Indonesian yogis, but somehow in the process as often happens with Sahaj events, Mother just dissolved all of our original plans, and we ended up with an opportunity to present a 45-minute TV program in Bali with a public program the following day.
Although it was only a short 2-day program, the vibrations in the lead up were very intense and felt by all yogis involved.
As the program drew closer a few blockages were manifesting in both subtle and gross ways, so we used shoe-beating, paper burning, and requested bandhans and enlightened attention from collectives nearby and far away … and we really prayed from our heart that Mother would remove any obstacles.
Just a few hours before the program finally everything seems settled and all participating yogis successfully gathered at Denpasar in Bali.
The TV program flowed very smoothly, broadcasting from Bali to a range of almost 800 km, reaching central Java and Kalimantan.
We managed to introduce the basic knowledge about Sahaja Yoga and were blessed with the opportunity to perform the first self-realization program on TV in Indonesia. Mother’s picture was on the screen for about 3 minutes.
The presenter who conducted the interview received her realisation very quickly and was surprised she could feel the cool breeze from her head and hands.
At the end of the program we had an online Q&A session with the TV audiences who had watched the program and received many phone calls.
After the program we all felt so much joy in our hearts as we shared the feeling the Mother had truly worked through us for this program.
It is all Her doing….
After a late lunch and a foot-soak session at the beach we decided to have a havan where the vibrations were again quite intense. After aarti was offered heavy rain started and it seemed Mother was washing the land of Bali and removing all obstacles for Her children to spread Her message of love.
The following morning a short collective meditation transformed spontaneously into a Puja in Sahaja centre in Denpasar where many of the yogis met each other for the first time, and yet the puja was like a wave of love which dissolved all our heart together singing the praises of the Devi, our Divine Mother.
After puja, we were invited by Bali yogis to attend a ceremony in a Balinese temple nearby and we saw the strong connection of Bali people with their land and how subtle they were.
Our morning session was closed with a “nabhi puja”, a very delicious lunch in a Balinese restaurant near the beach.
In the evening we came back to Sahaj centre in Denpasar for the public program and the centre was packed with almost 50 people who came from four corners of Bali island to the capital Denpasar in the south with desire to get their self-realization.
We had to divide the people into two groups and then used the living room of one of the Balinese yogi’s house with all of the new people feeling the cool breeze. We were amazed how subtle and sensitive the Balinese people are.
All questions they asked at the end of the program reflect their desire to become deeper and stronger in their connection to the Divine.
We thank Mother for allowing us to witness Her work in this special island.
While Sahaja yoga in Indonesia is really still in an “infant” state and our time together went quickly, but we still feel the intensity and the voices of the waves on the shores of Bali calling us to gather again.
We really pray that Mother will protect the yogis and the seekers in Bali and take them to Her Lotus Feet.
On behalf of the Indonesian collective, please accept my humble gratitude for your generosity and for supporting the spreading of Sahaja Yoga in Indonesia.

Jai Shri Mataji !
Happy to read the entire Sahaj news.
Spreading Sahaja Yoga at a place which is surrounded by water all sides is really a blessing . The reporting Sahajis name “Bagus Santoso” resembles something like “Bahut Santosh” in Hindi (Indian language). The meaning is “Very much happy”. With Shri Mataji’s blessings let all of us live in happiness and become the instruments of spreading Sahaja Yoga .
Jai Shri Mataji,
Thank you very much for spreading Shri Mataji’s love. May Shri Mataji bless you all.
